implementation of the OpenFirmware device tree client interface API for the ofw ecosystem
this interface API is defined in the IEEE 1275 standard, beginning at section 6.3.2.2 "Device tree" on page 65.

call-method is not implemented as this service is implemented in the main ofw crate.
the decision to implement this in the main crate was mostly motivated by both how commonly its used and how confusing its parameters can be.
